Standard Room bookings - 100% of the accommodation fee is due 3 days (72 hours) prior to 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
Advance Purchase bookings - 100% of the accommodation fee will be due on creation date and non-refundable.
Long Term bookings - Accommodation of 28 nights + made direct - advance payments are required, weekly or monthly as agreed with the Guest/Client by Management.
Security Deposit - A security deposit of £150.00 is required. This charge is to cover breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. The deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
We want to complete this as soon as possible to make sure your check in details get to you on time.
Please contact The Castle Collection 3 days before check-in on 0151 515 1500 between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm to arrange your security deposit payment, it is likely we will just need to validate the card already on file.
Smoking - All of our apartments are non-smoking. We ask you respect this policy. Failure to adhere to this will incur a £150.00 refresh charge.
Lost Keys - All of our apartments are self-locking, key access. Apartment keys must be returned on departure. Failure to adhere to this will incur a £150.00 charge for Locksmith charges.
Age Restriction - The Castle Collection Limited operates a strict 21 years and over policy for guests.
1 – 6 night stays - 72 hours written notice to be received prior to 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Cancellation within 72 hours of check in will incur an accommodation charge between 1-3 nights.
7 – 28 nights stays - 7 days written notice to be received prior to 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Cancellation within 7 days will incur charges for the first 7 nights of the booking.
28 nights + stays - 28 days written notice to be received prior to 3:00pm on arrival date. Cancellation within 28 nights will incur charges for the first 28 nights of the booking.
